On a legal retainer from EUR 500 a month excluding VAT, with no lock-in, we keep your terms up to date, review campaigns before launch, help with complaints and returns and handle GDPR. In the first month we review all of the shop's customer-facing documents. If you only need one issue resolved, start with a consultation for EUR 90 including VAT (30 minutes).

Discounts under scrutiny

When announcing a price reduction, the lowest price in the 30 days before the discount must be shown. Incorrect discounts are among the most frequent inspection findings.

Common questions

  • A company ID number and contact details are enough. We usually send a proposed scope and price within 1 working day.

  • Yes, we handle cross-border EU sales on a retainer or as a one-off. For the tax side, such as OSS and VAT, we work with a tax adviser.
