Where we work

Our office is in the centre of Žilina at Národná 15, five minutes on foot from the railway and bus stations. We represent clients throughout Slovakia, and a great deal can be done without travelling: consultations take place by video call or phone, and documents and filings are handled electronically.

Working with us remotely

Distance from Žilina is not an obstacle. This is how we work with clients who cannot or prefer not to travel:

Via Google Meet, Zoom or by phone. The price and scope are the same as a meeting at the office.

Electronic filings

We exchange documents by email and file with the courts and the Commercial Register electronically.

When you need to come in

Some acts require you to be present in person under Slovak law. For example, setting up an s.r.o. or transferring a business share requires one visit in Žilina with two identity documents.

Hearings

We represent clients before courts and authorities throughout Slovakia, not only in the Žilina Region.
