Your contact details and a few lines about the issue are enough. We will go into detail during the consultation. We will get back to you within 48 hours on working days to agree the exact time.

The consultation is paid in advance. Payment instructions come with the confirmation of your appointment and the invoice is sent by email.

How it works

  1. Send the booking form

    Give us your contact details, the area of law and a time that suits you. If you are not sure where your matter belongs, leave “Not sure”.

  2. We reply within 48 hours

    On working days we contact you, agree the exact time and format, and send payment instructions.

  3. Pay in advance

    The fee is €90 including VAT. You receive a tax invoice by email.

  4. The consultation

    We meet at Národná 15 in Žilina, connect via Google Meet or Zoom, or call you.

Confidentiality and data protection

Under Section 23 of the Slovak Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on the Legal Profession, a lawyer is bound by professional secrecy about everything learned during the consultation. There is no need to describe sensitive details in the form, the topic is enough. How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Consultation terms

  • The fee is €90 including VAT for a one-off consultation lasting at least 30 minutes.
  • It covers an assessment based on the information you provide, the key legal questions, a proposed course of action and an indication of costs.
  • It does not include further representation, drafting documents or court filings. These require a separate engagement.
  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not attend and have not told us, the consultation counts as provided.
  • You may withdraw within 14 days of payment as long as the consultation has not taken place. We refund the full amount within 14 days.
  • If we cannot keep the appointment, we offer another time. If it does not suit you, we refund the full amount.
  • A consultation does not create an ongoing lawyer and client relationship.
